Why Did Ice Prince Make U-Turn After First Denying Child’s Paternity

When in March 2012, news went rounds on a reported child fathering outside wedlock involving Ice Prince and one Bimbo, reported to be an ex-girlfriend of Jesse Jagz hit news headlines, the Jos-born-Ice Prince reportedly denied the pregnancy’s responsibility. At the child’s christening, Ice Prince was reportedly absent. Some months later, precisely in June 2012, the soft-core rapper reportedly admitted the child’s paternity, who was christened Toluwalase, Jamal. Few months after, precisely in November 2012, Ice Prince flaunted Jamal, who he once denied the paternity of. The last two recent reported activities involving Ice Prince and Jamal have raised issues among followers of the rapper. While Ice Prince has been applauded for the bold step taken in accepting the child’s paternity, others have pondered on the reason behind the ‘Oleku’ crooner’s u-turn on his earlier decision. Though Ice Prince has not publicly given reason for his new action, many would wish to know what exactly made him to now accept the child and eventually flaunt the baby.

24-Year-Old Man Breaks Record, Gets Arrested After Being Caught With 15 Prostitutes

In a first of its kind, a Harare man appeared in court jointly charged with 15 commercial sex workers after they were nabbed during a police round up on ‘thigh’ vendors operating in Harare Central Business District. While most prostitutes appear in court MINUS clients, Tapiwa Musara (24) scored a first as it were, as he was the only man charged along with the 15 alleged thigh vendors. Tapiwa, along with 12 self-confessed hookers, readily pleaded guilty to soliciting for the purposes of prostitution while three pleaded not guilty. The three vehemently denied saying that they were not thigh vending, but they were just girls who were having some good time. The convicted 13 were slapped with US$20 fine and the court did not give them any time to pay as the fine had to be paid forthwith. Failure to pay the fine attracted a 10-day imprisonment sentence. State led by prosecutor Tendai Kabudura proved that on 13 November, at around 8pm in the CBD, Tapiwa along with the 12 had been nabbed by the cops after they were unlawfully and intentionally solicited for prostitution. It had been proved that they were standing along the streets luring men for sex in return for cash. They had all been asked what they were doing at the streets corners and they failed to give satisfactory answers leading to their arrest and appearance in court. The other three suspected prostitutes who pleaded not guilty to the charge will be back in court on 22 November for trial. source: informationnigeria.org

Wanlov brags about sexing over 300 women and warns he is no role model

Controversial Ghanaian musician, Wanlov has granted yet another mind-boggling interview with TV talk show host, Deloris ‘Delay’ Frimpong-Manso after his shocking display of his private parts on national TV when the pair first met on the Delay Show, earlier in the year. During the second interview which aired on Viasat 1 over the weekend, Wanlov disclosed that he has four children with four different women and added that he currently has about 15 active sex mates, and that he has over the years had unprotected sex with some 300 different women. “I know they would be more than 300 but not up to 500. I believe I have had sex with about 300 of them- both young and old. One was as young as 17 but she does not look it. Sometimes they are as old as 49 or 50. I have heard about HIV but I do not think about it just like I always walk bare footed and I do not think of the possibility of something piercing or cutting my feet,” he commented. Interestingly, the musician said he had not performed any marital rites for any of the four women who had children for him. He explained: “For me, I don’t believe in the concept of marriage. I am not moved by external pressure where I have to hold a ceremony in the presence of some people to prove a bond between my wife and I. I don’t see such things as important. I know the child we have together is more powerful than ring, marriage, customs and all that. My focus is how to cater for my wife and child in a responsible way. My criteria for a woman for whole carry my baby is someone who has a good heart and loves people. I select the women who I want to give birth for me. None was by accident.” Wanlov said three of his ‘wives’ were outside Ghana studying midwifery but one was in Ghana working as a fruit seller at Dzorwulu in Accra. “I am not a role model. I am a musician. I am a kubolor and I have not asked anyone to make me a role model. I just do what I like,” he noted.

34 million Nigerians defecate in the open - UNICEF

Yesterday was World Toilet Day, a day set aside by the World Toilet Organizationto raise global awareness of the struggle 2.6 billion face everyday without access to proper, clean sanitation. The day also brings to the forefront the health, emotional and psychological consequences the poor endure as a result of inadequate sanitation. While Nigeria joined the rest of the world to mark the day, it has emerged that an estimated 34 million Nigerians practice open defecation and this is according to a joint UNICEF and World Health Organisation 2012 report. The report puts Nigeria among the top five countries in the world with largest number of people defecating in the open. A statement by UNICEF to mark the day in the country seeks an end to open defecation, adding that lack of toilet remains one of the leading causes of illness and death among children. According to UNICEF statistics, in Nigeria it is estimated that diarrhoea kills about 194,000 children under five years annually, while respiratory infections kill another 240,000. These are largely preventable with improvements in water, sanitation and hygiene. UNICEF Country Representative in Nigeria, Ibrahima Fall noted that trends in the past five years allow for cautious optimism that significant progress will be made in decreasing the number of people who practice open defecation globally. Fall disclosed that globally, UNICEF is supporting 50 countries, including Nigeria, to implement Community Approaches to Total Sanitation, CATS, such as Community Led Total Sanitation, CLTS, aimed at empowering communities to identify their sanitation challenges and take necessary actions to end open defecation. He explained that CLTS aims to make all communities free of open defecation by focusing on social and behavioural change and the use of affordable, appropriate technologies.

In its report, they had written: “Frenzy partially lives up to its name, as it boasts of songs that fuel your party rage. It just doesn’t take you through the whole night as it runs out of ideas and gets low on creative fuel. You may have one hell of a ride bumping this album, but you’ll be left with a nasty hangover the morning after, wondering where the plot was lost”. But Dr. SID would have none of it, as he resolutely defended his label mate on Twitter. “You must be stupid to give D’Prince’s #FRENZY album a 3. I begin to wonder what gives you the right to review an album. Obvious bias,” he tweeted. “Abi dem pay you money to knock the hardworking boy down?” he asked. “Give credit where it is due. D’Prince made a banging album, end of story.” The album is D’Prince’s debut album, and the second to be released under Mavins Records. Why America must Re-Elect Barack Obama

In exactly three days, November 6, specifically, Americans will troop to the polls to elect a man who will steer the ship of the state in the next four years. The Presidential election offers Americans two competing visions and ideologies that they must grapple with as they exercise their civic responsibility on that day. It is to use the popular clichĂ© of political pundits a “choice election”. President Barack Obama, the incumbent and a Democrat is a liberal who fundamentally believes that government has a role to play in the lives of the people; that rugged individualism though an American creed must have a human face and heart; that the social safety net which has defined much of American’s social engineering since the Great Depression must be sustained and if necessary expanded. The president believes the middle class is the engine of growth and prosperity as history has shown, and, has in the past four years pursued policies and programmes to strengthen the growth and sustainability of that class while not totally neglecting the needs of the upper class. Part of that approach centers around tax cuts and a deeply ideological conviction that educating American children to learn skills needed for jobs of the 21 Century should not break and render Americans bankrupt. The president has promised to maintain and increase such programs as Pell Grants and other financial aids that have seen Americans who otherwise would not have been able to afford college tuitions for their kids the ability to do so. The president also recognized that a healthy population is an important component to the overall economic development and productivity hence the single- minded devotion to the actualization of his Health Care Bill that he signed into law in his first year in office which the Republicans derisively call “Obama care”- a program they have sworn to repeal if elected. The right of women to make decisions that are in their best reproductive interest has found blessings with President Obama and is enshrined in the Democratic Platform. Abortion rights and the easy availability of contraceptives will continue to be respected as already settled by the landmark Roe v. Wade 1973 Supreme Court ruling. The Republicans whose catechism centers around the removal of government in peoples’ lives paradoxically wants to legislate morality and believes government should interfere in the right of a woman to make informed and logical decisions about her reproductive rights. Immigration reform has also been a major issue that the president wanted to tackle in his first term. It is morally wrong to have over 12 million people operate under informal economy and to live their lives in perpetual fear of the authority even though these hapless people have children who are as American as can be. The president’s efforts in this direction has been thwarted and frustrated by an ideologically inflexible Republicans in the Congress. The recent Executive Order by the president that stopped forthwith the deportation of children who had been brought into the United States as kids by their illegal immigrants’ parents was roundly pilloried and attacked by the Republicans. In areas of keeping America safe and secure in their homes and foreign relations the president has had a most robust anti-terrorism tactics that has gravely diminished the power and influence of terrorists’ organizations such as Al-Qaida whose main face and spiritual leader-Osama Bin Laden was killed in May 2011. The use of drones to smoke out and obliterate leading terrorist figures has proven to be exceedingly effective. Instead of indulging in unnecessary saber-rattling that had alienated American allies and created divisions across the Atlantic which very much defined the last Republican President-George Bush, the president has rebuilt those alliances and assured those countries that hegemonic as American power in the world may be, she will always listen to the issues and concerns of other nations- a notion that has been dismissed by Mitt Romney as showing weakness and leading “from behind.” The economy is growing and the fundamentals remain strong. Consumer confidence is increasing; the number of Americans who think the country is on the wrong track according to a recent NBC/Wall Street Polls has decreased tremendously. There is a growing sunny disposition of Americans about the future of the country. Should these gains be reversed for what Mitt Romney has promised he would do? Mitt Romney- the Republican challenger is a former liberal Governor of Massachusetts who found religion in extreme conservatism when he first ran for the Oval Office in 2008, is a clone of the last Republican administration that had driven the American economy aground through crony capitalism, tax cuts for the rich, laissez- faire economic policies that led to the 2008 economic meltdown. Their recipe for economic growth is based on the tried but failed trickle-down theory as opposed to priming-the pump. Mitt Romney has not promised anything different from these sets of failed ideas. He has been hiding behind the mantra of being a job creator because of his years as the CEO of BAINES Capital. The people he surrounds himself with are the same crowd that misled Bush into taking disastrous domestic and foreign policies that crippled the American economy and alienated its allies. Part of his battle cry has been the elimination of government in people’s live which by itself is disingenuous as Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans in 2005 and the this week’s Hurricane Sandy that has wreaked untold destruction along the East Coast of the United States has shown. President Obama is deploying key resources and assets of the federal government to help with the rehabilitation and cleaning efforts that Hurricane Sandy had wrought – much to the appreciation of key Mitt Romney supporter-New Jersey Governor-the voluble Chris Christie, who has been applauding the decisive leadership of the president on major American media outlets. Government can never be truly eliminated from peoples’ lives, otherwise we would be returning to the Hobbesian ‘State of Nature’. The belief that government should not provide or severely cut important social safety nets while giving tax cuts to the super-rich and an increase in military spending which the Pentagon say is not needed;  that government should not provide conditions for all to be insured, because it amounts to a “ government take -over or “socialized medicine” and that abortion should be restricted even if the victim were involved in an incestuous relationship is way out of the extreme, but that is Mitt Romney and his running mate-Paul Ryan’s stance on abortion. In foreign and international matters, Mitt Romney is surrounded by some of the rabid and most hawkish members of the Bush administration foreign policy team that took America to a war of choice in Iraq instead of deploying resources to the main theatre of war- the war of necessity in Afghanistan. His foreign affairs advisers such as the ultra-hawkish former UN Ambassador, John Bolton, are stuck in Cold War mindset. They have been mouthing scary and inflammatory foreign policy initiatives that would, again inspire hatred of America by both its allies and enemies. The labeling of Russia as America’s number one geo-political foe, in a post- cold War world can truly be troubling, same with the unnecessary trade war with China that Mitt Romney appears to be bent on starting. The hard-line stance on immigration can only cause disaffection in an increasingly ‘brownish’ society that America is evolving into- a prospect that alarms the racially minded electorate located mainly in the Republican Party. The nod and a wink given by the Republican Party on covert and overt racially charged rhetoric by some of Mitt Romney’s supporters such as the ‘shoot before you aim’ former New Hampshire Governor-John Sununu , the comical character-Donald Trump and the annoyingly shrill-voiced intellectual lightweight-Sarah Palin is deeply troubling. Even though race relations in America is still a work in progress, we had thought the historic election of Barack Hussein Obama as the country’s first African American president will heal centuries-old scars of racial tension and mistrust; that the country had finally buried the ghost of slavery and its attendant racial discrimination which the Jim Crow-era politics had inspired and promoted. Paradoxically, that election unfortunately appears to have awakened those ghosts, and they have been on the prowl, displaying such anger and hate that shocks and appalls. It seems some people  have come to see that historic event as an affront  to  their racial sensibilities and have since gone back to stoke the embers of racial divides in the country-leading to recent poll by the Associated Press (AP)  which concluded that majority of white Americans harbor racial prejudices against blacks. The activities of such repugnant characters like Rush Limbaugh who on a daily basis continues to stoke this embers of racial animosity on his radio programme, and who is seen by many as the intellectual and ideological fountain of the Republican party is truly troubling. The Republican establishment is acutely aware of these troubling signs, but desires to profit by them; and seems to have harkened back to the Southern Strategy that was deftly deployed by Richard Nixon to win the White House in 1968 and 72 respectively. The Republicans have refused to lift a finger or raise a voice to condemn this inflammatory and racially divisive rhetoric. How sad! Given the above analysis, we at The Diasporan Star hereby urge the over 10 million U.S citizens of Continental African ancestry and the larger American population to repudiate the policies of the Republican Party as espoused by its candidate for the November 6 Presidential election, Mitt Romney, and vote for the re-election of President Barack Obama. The choice is clear and the alternative, stark and dark. Do we desire a return to the failed policies of the 2000-2008 or do we want to look forward realizing that if  today is better than yesterday then tomorrow certainly would be better than today?  The choice is that simple. We wholesomely ask you to vote for the Democratic slate and let us continue to march on, looking hopeful, sunny and proud that the American enterprise led by the able hands of the Chief Executive, President Barack Obama is again on the ascendance and a steady course. As Americans are wont to say: if it aint broke don’t fix it. We think the chord of national renewal has not broken, and therefore, should be strengthened with the re-election of President Barack Obama, lest we all fall into yet another swarm, from where we may never climb out again with our limbs intact. The choice is clear Americans – the rest is in your hands and conscience! - This article is an endorsement of President Obama by The Diasporan Star, African Diasporas leading newspaper in the United States

I love your lips… haba, na to bite or na to chop am? Is that supposed to be meat? In fact I have a bad kisser that’s all,” She narrated her ordeal.

Singer, St. Janet, Finds Her New Husband in Bed with Her Daughter

Despite her musical success, St Janet ’s happiness on the home front is fast turning into nightmares barely two months after marrying her heartthrob, Olukayode Samuel Iyun who incidentally is her bandmanager. It was gathered that the stocky built singer has packed out of her matrimonial home following a shocking discovery by her about her husband sleeping with one of her daughters. The girl (name withheld) from St Janet ’s previous marriage was reported to have spent the last holiday with her mother and step-father at their Ilapo Estate, Alagbado home. St Janet was said to be happy at the opportunity of being reunited with her daughter who was before then staying with one of her relations. Unfortunately, her joy soon turned into despair as rumours started making the rounds about an amorous relationship between her daughter and her new husband. All doubts about her suspicion were cleared recently when she allegedly caught her husband making love to her daughter whose age was put around 16 right inside her matrimonial home. Sources close to the musician said the despicable act had thrown St Janet off-balance and dejected and she has swore never to forgive her man, Kay, as her husband is fondly called. It was learnt that the development has forced the lewd singer to move out of her matrimonial home as she could not bear the shame which the incident had brought upon her. It was also disclosed that St Janet has temporarily moved to an hotelwithin the neighbourhood to fend off contact with Kay. To say St Janet is enraged by the ugly incident is to say the least, she is completely devastated as she reportedly cancelled all engagements for about two weeks ostensibly to recover from the rude shock, a source added. However, a close source to the singer is trying to down play the shameful incident. He said the only problem between the St Janet and her husband is a minor misunderstanding that might be resolved soon.

Aluu 4 UPDATE: I watched them kill my brother - Tekena's Sister

A sister of one of the four University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) students brutally murdered last Friday in Umuokiri village, Aluu, Rivers State, has narrated how her younger brother and his friends were lynched. Miss Ibisobia Elkanah, elder sister of Tekena Friday Elkanah, revealed yesterday that policemen visited the scene where the students were burnt to death after they were severely injured and that one of the law enforcement agents told the perpetrators of the dastardly act “to burn them alive” The murdered students, Chiadika Lordson, Ugonna Kelechi Obusor, Mike Lloyd Toku, and Tekena Elkanah, all part two students, were murdered in cold blood over alleged theft of a laptop computer and a blackberry phone. Ibisobia, a part-time final year student of Marketing, at the same university who witnessed the incident, said on that fateful day, at about 7.30 am, she was at the house of her girl friend in the community when she heard people shouting outside. “I dashed out and beckoned on my friend to come since she lived in the area. The thing attracted much noise and attention. I went there but did not actually see or recognize any of them, due to the crowd. “I heard when people were saying the people they (vigilance group) caught were strangers; that they want to burn them. They said they were asking them questions, so that they could know their senders.” She said after that, she went back to her friend’s house, but could not stay there. “I went back again. I went through the bush path so that I could see them properly. I started jumping to see if I could see them. I jumped again but saw nothing. I jumped the second time and I saw Tekena. Tekena happened to be my brother. “I told myself that I was not seeing well, this thing is a lie. I jumped the third time, I saw Lloyd (one of the victims). So, I started shouting. From what I gathered, the first time I came, they said they were not known; that they were strangers. As I identified them, I started shouting. Ibisobia said she continued shouting that Tekena was her brother, saying that he came to her on Thursday in school and she gave him his school fees. “I told them that somebody should allow me to ask him what happened and what he came to do. He would confide in me. He was wailing and in a pool of blood.” “Tekena has been my younger brother for many years. I saw them as they lay in the water Unclad with leaves covering their nakedness.” His elder sister said she struggled and entered the crowd. Somebody shouted “Who is that? What is she doing inside?” “People were pushing me and I started crying. He is my brother! He is not a thief! Somebody behind me said O’girl run for your life. About two persons turned and asked, are you sure he is your brother, and said may be I was the person that sent him to go and steal.” Ibisobia replied them that how could she send him, that she did not look as such. ‘They said I should run for my life that I would be the next one, fifth person.” The young lady lamented that before she could get to her friend’s room to call her family members, she learnt that the mob had taken them to the burrow pit. “So, I went there again. I called my family and they started coming. The police van came, went into the mob and they were talking to them (youths). The people kept quiet as police were making statements. “I heard them laughing. You know, they were happy. They kept quiet again. Police talked and they laughed again. The next was for me to see three policemen coming out of the mob, boarded their van. And, one of the said “burn them alive”. “I must confess, I was gripped with fear. I had the intention to talk to the man that said they should be burnt alive. As soon as they (police) drove off, I saw the flames. I was thinking they burnt them after they had killed them. Later, I discovered that they were burnt while they were alive.

Shameful Act: Rita Dominic Exposes Flattened B00bs

Nollywood superstar actress, Rita Dominic is no doubt of the best dressed celebrities in Nigeria. Her good state of wears is amazing. At most red carpets she makes, Rita is always the favourites of paparazzis. At the next edition of soft sell magazine after such events, Rita will adore their front covers. Reason for this, her stunning dress would make the magazine colourful. At the Florence Ita Giwa’s event held recently in Lagos, Rita surprised many when she exposed her already brĂ©ast for all to see. She fed photo-journalist with her bo*bs which already looks like a ‘grandma’s'… Interestingly, Rita is single and not yet married, but her breasts are no more firm as expected. Is this the new style of fashion Rita wants to ‘sell’ to the world? Why would a ‘role model’ like Rita not wear a bra to an event and make the world know that? We want ‘good’ role models for our already ‘corrupted’ youth in the society.

UNIPORT FOUR: Drama, intrigues around their brutal murder

OMUOKIRI-ALUU, a bubbling university community was seemingly lifeless when Vanguard Features, VF, visited the place after the brutal murder of three students of the University of Port Harcourt and their friend in the early hours of Friday. See video of the killed students here. Be warned it is gory. The foursome of Ugona Kelechi Obuzor, Biringa Chiadika Lordson, Mike Lloyd Toku and Tekena Erikena   did not know death was lurking around the corner when they decided to sleep in their friend’s house at Omuokiri-Aluu Thursday. Father of one of the students According to the father of one of the students, Mr Mike Toku, a staff with the state owned Radio Rivers station, his son and three others spent Thursday night at their friends place in the community so they could track a friend who lives in the same community early enough before he leaves home.  He said he gathered the friend they were to meet was indebted to one of them.  This decision the four friends took cost them their lives. VF gathered that five of them, including the owner of the apartment they slept, stormed the residence of the friend they were to see to demand money from him in the early hours of Saturday. An argument ensued and in the process, according to another source, probably the owner of the money insisted he was to go with the laptop and phone of his debtor until his money was paid.  This decision, apparently allegedly did not go down well with the debtor who reportedly raised alarm, branding the five friends thieves. And before anybody could say Jack, the boys had been rounded up by community folks.  One of the five, according to the source, escaped. They were reportedly stripped naked and led by the irate youths to where they were finally clubbed to death. And their corpses set ablaze. According to Mr Toku, the tragic killing took place around 7am.  He said he got a call that his son was being clubbed to death and they rushed to the scene from their Captain Amangala residence in Port Harcourt Town. He said they got there at about 9am to see smouldering  the corpses. Continuing, he said his wife and two others assisted him to carry the corpses into an ambulance. Mr Mike said one of them was still looking like he had some degree of life but he was certified dead when they got to the hospital. He appealed to government and security operatives to fish out killers of the students.  “I want justice to prevail because the children were innocent.  The community had no right to do what it did to them. I am appealing to government and the human rights community to stand on the side of parents of the victims to fight for justice on this issue if not it will continue in the community,” he said. According to Mr Toku, he saw men of the Joint Task Force, JTF, when he got to the scene of the brutal murder trying to enforce law and order. He said he heard they had fired warning shots that made those around the scene of the incident to flee. At press time, Omuokiri community had been deserted.  When VF visited the area after the murder, some residents were seen relocating with some of their valuables.  An Okada rider said most people fled the area for fear of arrest.  He said the Police stormed the community after the killing. The Police in a statement the following day confirmed that a Chief, Ahaji Hassan Walewa and 12 others had been arrested over the incident. The Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ben Ugwuegbulam, who issued the statement said the Police would stop at nothing to unearth those behind the heinous crime. The part of the community where the incident occurred is mostly inhabited by students of the University of Port Harcourt and workers. The area has modern buildings and hostels.  It is about five minutes on a motor bike to any of the three campuses of the university in the area. Some residents of the community who managed to offer comments to the VF on strict condition of anonymity said they had been witnessing incessant robberies within the last six months. A female student said the community was a no-go-area from 7pm at night. According to some of the residents, they had occasions when robbers gang raped their victims after dispossessing them of their valuables.  “They never cared if their victims were married. “ They said the robbers would rape married women before their husbands. So there had been anger in the community against robbers,” one of the students quipped.  It is not clear if this bottled-up anger was responsible for the extra- judicial killing of the students. Seven days mourning At press time, the authorities of the University of Port Harcourt had declared seven days mourning for the deceased students with flags flying at half mast all over the school. Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof Joseph Ajienka who briefed media men on the sad incident commiserated with families of the deceased. He said the university had identified three out of the four as their students. He said  Biringa Chiadika Lordson  was a year two Theatre Arts student with matriculation number U2010/1805036; Ugonna Kelechi Obuzor, year two Geology, U2010/5565149 and Mike Lloyd Toku, year two Civil Engineer U2010/3010094. The fourth person, Tekena Erikena, the VC said only did Basics Studies with the university. He said effort was still on to ascertain if he was finally admitted into any programme in the university at the end of the pre-degree class. The VC, Prof Ajienka, who dismissed allegations in some quarters that students of the institution were planning to storm Aluu community for a reprisal attack said the university authorities would not in any way condone lawlessness and extra-judicial act. He further appealed to security operatives and government to fish out killers of the foursome. Some students of the University who reacted to the brutal killing said those behind it went too far.  They said they should have allowed the law run its course after they had apprehended the boys for whatever thing they alleged they did. None could say if the deceased were robbers but they said they had heard in some quarters that the killing could be cult- related. According to one of the female students she was struggling to understand how those behind the killings would bluntly ignore explanations  and appeals from the students on why they were at the spot they were apprehended.  “So nobody among the irate youths chose to give the deceased hearing,” she queried. Meantime, VF gathered that two of them, Ugonna and Llyod featured in an album that was released precisely on August 13 this year. VF gathered that the Ugonna’s music name was Tipsy, while Lloyd’s name was Big L. Some of Ugonna’s pals on his twitter account @tipsy_tipsy lamented his death. They sang his praise as an upcoming rapper. It was clear they were budding music stars, Doris McDaniels told VF while condemning the brutal murder.  She spoke of the two as very responsible children from decent homes who would have nothing to do with robbery. On his part, Governor of Rivers State, Chibuike Amaechi has ordered security operatives to unearth killers of the students. While condemning the circumstance under which they were killed, he said the government would not tolerate such heinous crime. The killing has continued to generate outcry all over.  The task before the Police in the state is to fish out the killers of what has come to be known as the Aluu 4.
